As we close out 2025, we look back with full hearts and a deep sense of appreciation. This year has been an incredible journey for The La Luxe Group—one filled with learning, connection, and transformation in ways we never could have imagined.
For me personally, 2025 holds a unique place in my story. It marks my first full year working as a Virtual Assistant, after officially joining the team in October 2024. I stepped into this role with excitement but also uncertainty. Everything was new: new tasks, new responsibilities, new terminology, and a completely new industry. The world of real estate was vast and unfamiliar, and each day brought a fresh challenge that pushed me to grow.
Despite the uncertainty, I was never alone. I am especially grateful to Nique, whose patience, confidence, and guidance have been nothing short of extraordinary. Even when I made mistakes, as all beginners do, Nique remained encouraging, supportive, and motivated to help me succeed. Her leadership continues to shape not just the work we do, but also the mindset and culture that define our team.
I also want to acknowledge and celebrate my colleague, Aaron Carter, who has consistently brought positivity and energy into every interaction. Working with such uplifting and inspiring people has made all the difference. I have learned to navigate countless personalities and situations, ranging from routine communications to difficult conversations, all of which helped me grow more resilient, adaptable, and confident.
Through it all, I gained real estate knowledge organically and naturally. The terms, the processes, the client experience—each slowly became second nature. This year opened my eyes to opportunities I never expected to encounter. It has truly been an enriching and game-changing experience.
As the year progressed, new connections and new characters entered our story. Our team continued to grow, not only within real estate but through the expansion of new business lines and opportunities. While I proudly support La Luxe Group in real estate, it has been inspiring to witness Nique broaden her impact in mental health and other ventures. This evolution reflects our collective growth: learning to adapt, discovering new skills, and stepping confidently into unfamiliar territory. We know more change and challenges will come, but with each expansion, we grow stronger, more capable, and ready to take on whatever comes next.
2025 was a year of learning. A year of progress. A year that shifted the trajectory of my life and career.
Now, with stronger skills, deeper confidence, and a team that feels like family, we look forward to a brighter, bolder future. We are stepping into a White Hot 2026, ready to embrace new challenges, new opportunities, and new victories with passion and purpose.
